E con questo fanno 13, gli album della band fondata a Pisa. Quelli che seguono fassbinder sanno che li seguo da un po', prima con un po' di diffidenza, dopo con trasporto, ultimamente con la convinzione che abbiano ormai toccato il loro apice, e raggiunto il classico plateau. Questo loro ultimo lavoro, ascoltato senza troppe aspettative, mi è piaciuto: alcune liriche ancora molto valide, mentre musicalmente non ci sono grosse novità, le loro canzoni sono quasi divenute due/tre standard, ma è bello sapere che ci sono, e sono vivi.
And that brings the founded in Pisa band's albums to 13. Those who follow fassbinder know I've been following them for a while, initially with some suspicion, then with enthusiasm, and lately with the conviction that they've reached their peak, their effectiveness plateau. Their latest work, listened to without too many expectations, I enjoyed it: some of the lyrics are still very valid, while musically there's nothing new, their songs have almost become two or three standards, but it's nice to know they're here, and they're alive.
