Ex tastierista nei Cherry Glazerr, Sasami Ashworth fa base a Los Angeles e debutta con un disco fatto da chitarre riverberate (del fratello JooJoo) e synth malinconici. Buon songwriting, voce soffice come pan di spagna, liriche vagamente tristi, su un complesso che potrebbe essere anche scambiato per spensierato. Non male, ma c'è da lavorarci su ancora un po'.
Former keyboardist in Cherry Glazerr, Sasami Ashworth is based in Los Angeles and debuts with a record made of reverberated guitars (by her brother JooJoo) and melancholic synths. Good songwriting, soft voice like sponge cake, vaguely sad lyrics, on a complex that could also be mistaken for carefree. Not bad, but there is still some work to do.
