Non ho seguito molto bene Ryan Adams: troppo prolifico (per me). So che è molto apprezzato, anche se la mia impressione è che sia ancora più efficace come interprete che come autore di canzoni, ma forse mi sbaglio. In ogni caso, il mio interesse malato per Taylor Swift (da tempi non sospetti...ma che cazzo dico?) mi ha convinto ad ascoltare questo strano tipo di album: si tratta di un disco in cui Adams fa le cover di ogni pezzo di "1989" di Taylor Swift, nello stesso ordine dell'originale. Tra l'altro, "1989" non mi era piaciuto tanto quanto i precedenti album, ma ascoltando questa versione Ryan Adams, è possibile rendersi conto che è pieno di bellissime canzoni. Vi è una forte impronta di Bruce Springsteen qui, e, in fin dei conti, è la dimostrazione che, per me, Taylor Swift è una buonissima cantautrice pop folk. Grazie Ryan!
I haven't follow very well Ryan Adams: too prolific. In any case, I know it's very appreciated, also if my impression still that is more effective as a interpreter than as a songwriter, but maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, my ill interest for Taylor Swift convinced me to listen this strange kind of album: it's a track-by-track cover album of "1989" by Taylor Swift. By the way, "1989" didn't like me too much as the previous albums, but listening this Ryan Adams version, you can realize that is full of very beautiful songs. There is a strong footprint of Bruce Springsteen here, and, at the end of the day, it's the demonstration that, to me, Taylor Swift is a good pop folk songwriter. Thanks Ryan!
