Ottavo album, in circa 28 anni di carriera, per la 50enne di Severn, Maryland, mai dimenticata per il suo successo Un-Break My Heart, esponente di spicco dell'R&B femminile, divenuta anche produttrice televisiva. Dopo la voglia di ritiro di qualche anno fa, alcuni problemi di salute, e a distanza di 8 anni dal suo album precedente Pulse, escludendo il disco insieme a Babyface Love, Marriage & Divorce del 2014, mettendo insieme uno stuolo di compositori inclusa se stessa, ed essendo molto parca (solo 8 pezzi nella versione normale, durata di 30 minuti totali), si sente che la bravura c'è ancora, seppure ci siano diversi riempitivi.
