In attesa di un nuovo disco, la musicista danese si iscrive alla lunghissima lista dei musicisti che hanno "firmato" un'uscita per la serie di dischi Late Night Tales, dove l'etichetta Night Time Stories chiede ai vari artisti di creare la loro compilation ideale, includendo anche pezzi propri o cover. Spesso c'è anche una story track, un pezzo raccontato, letto da scrittori famosi o anche attori. Nel mixtape, l'artista fa sfoggio di una cultura musicale altissima e invidiabile, e riesce decisamente ad affascinare l'ascoltatore con musica di grande atmosfera, e diversissima. Henry Mancini, Lena Platonos, Michelle Gurevich, Nina Simone, Alfred Schnittke e molti altri, e qualche pezzo suo: Bee Dance, inedita, Glemmer Du, un tradizionale danese, e una rilettura della sua Stretch Your Eyes (versione definita Ambient Acapella). Poem About Death, della poetessa danese Inger Christensen, è letta e musicata dalla Obel.
Waiting for a new record, the Danish musician joins the long list of musicians who have "signed" an output for the series of records Late Night Tales, where the label Night Time Stories asks the various artists to create their compilation ideal, including even your own tracks or covers.
