Quintetto con basso, chitarra, batteria, voce e tastiere più seconda voce, fautori di un metalcore progressivo, debitore sia al djent che a band più melodiche, sempre del campo metal. Ritmiche serrate, aperture molto melodiche con assoli ricercati, ampi tappeti di tastiere, frequenti cambi di tempo, strutture abbastanza prevedibili, disco molto breve (giusto 25 minuti): niente di particolarmente rivoluzionario.
Let's talk today about this band from Palatine, Illinois, with the name inspired by the Egyptian deity, here on their fifth album. Quintet with bass, guitar, drums, vocals and keyboards plus second voice, advocates of a progressive metalcore, debtor both to the djent and to more melodic bands, always from the metal field. Tight rhythms, very melodic openings with refined solos, large keyboards carpets, frequent changes of pace, fairly predictable structures, very short disc (just 25 minutes): nothing particularly revolutionary.
