Al secondo disco, la band canadese capitanata dalla anche attrice Colleen Rennison, mantiene le aspettative. Hard blues vibrante e onesto, un buon songwriting, un chitarrista capace, una sezione ritmica che picchia a dovere, e una cantante che, come vi scrissi in occasione del primo loro disco, si ispira naturalmente a Janis Joplin, e ricorda altre sue contemporanee molto più famose, alle quali però non ha davvero nulla da invidiare. Ottimi pezzi davvero, un ascolto che non racconta niente di nuovo, ma sicuramente risulta molto piacevole.
On the second album, the Canadian band led by the also actress Colleen Rennison, it's up to the expectations. Hard blues vibrant and honest, good songwriting, a capable guitarist, a rhythm section that beats properly, and a female singer who, as I wrote to you on the occasion of their first album, naturally inspired by Janis Joplin, remembers other contemporary colleagues most famous, to which, however, she did not really have anything to envy. Really good tracks, a listening that does not tell anything new, but it certainly is very enjoyable.
