Scoperto per caso, a causa di un suo duetto con Soap&Skin, su Fabian Alstotter e la sua band, Jungstotter, si trovano ancora pochissime notizie. Quello che sono riuscito a capire è che è tedesco, che è piuttosto giovane, e che questo disco è davvero bello. La sua voce ricorda quelle di Antony, Nick Cave, ed altre bellissime di grandissimi, a seconda delle tracce e dei momenti, e le canzoni sono asimmetriche, delicate e sofferenti, rarefatte ma davvero intense. Uno stile a metà tra l'avanguardia e i classici chansonniers, una band che si mette totalmente al servizio di questa voce tremenda, il resto viene da sé. Senza dubbio uno dei dischi dell'anno, ricordatevi dove avete sentito il suo nome per la prima volta.
