Terzo disco solista per il cantante dei Creed, personaggio quantomeno discutibile nella vita privata, ma indubbiamente, cantante dotato, seppur poco originale. In poche parole, un tamarro, sia nella vita che nella musica. Eppure, eppure... se siete di quelli che, come me, accetta, e ogni tanto abbisogna pure di una sorta di moderno Adult Oriented Rock, con testi sdolcinati, prevedibili, ma che spesso vi fanno scendere la lacrimuccia, beh, Scott Stapp è quello che fa per voi. E' un disco che dimenticherò presto, ma non nego che l'ascolto di Gone Too Soon mi ha decisamente commosso. C'è da dire che con me, si vince facile da quel punto di vista. Non totalmente da buttare.

And yet, and yet ... if you are one of those who, like me, accepts, and sometimes even needs a sort of modern Adult Oriented Rock, with sugary, predictable lyrics, but which often make you weep, well, Scott Stapp is what suits you. It is a record that I will soon forget, but I do not deny that listening to Gone Too Soon definitely moved me. It must be said that with me, it is easy to win from that point of view. Not totally to be thrown away.

dopo i Creed, ne ha combinate di ogni: arrestato ubriaco alla guida e per violenza domestica, almeno 2 tentativi di suicidio (il secondo quasi riuscito) e disturbo bipolare conclamato. Però sempre una bella voce rock, forse anche migliorata.
