Giudizio sintetico: si può vedere (3,5/5)
Il film ripercorre la carriera della star del basket Stephen Curry, dal torneo NCAA del 2008 con il Davidson College fino alla stagione 2021-22 con i Golden State Warriors, in un ennesimo campionato NBA, dove Curry ha anche ricevuto il premio NBA Finals Most Valuable Player. (Wikipedia)
Difficile fare un brutto documentario, quando il soggetto è un atleta così simpatico e così bravo. Storia tutto sommato interessante, a partire dal titolo, Curry agli inizi fu sottovalutato per il suo fisico piuttosto esile, cosa che, in qualche modo, gli ha fatto trovare lo stimolo per affermarsi, qualche anno dopo, come uno dei migliori giocatori di basket di tutti i tempi.
It's hard to make a bad documentary when the subject is such a nice and good athlete. An interesting story all in all, starting from the title, Curry was underestimated at the beginning because of his rather thin physique, which, in some way, gave him the motivation to establish himself, a few years later, as one of the best basketball players of all time.
