Secondo disco a lunga durata per la band gallese, formatasi dalla volontà del cantante Tom Weaver e del chitarrista Liam Torrance che, fuoriusciti dalle loro rispettive vecchie band (Continents e Hot Damn), hanno messo insieme i Well Wisher, che hanno iniziato a lavorare in studio dopo aver reclutato gli altri tre componenti, e un breve iato durante il quale Tom è stato in lizza per entrare nei Northlane. Cambiato il nome in Casey per un paio di motivi, hanno cominciato a produrre materiale, e ad esibirsi dal vivo. Il loro suono risente al tempo stesso delle reminiscenze dell'hardcore punk così come dello shoegaze, creando così un genere oggi abbastanza in uso nell'underground e non, ma affrontandolo con una certa personalità. Il disco quindi è emozionale ed emozionante quanto i temi affrontati dalle liriche, ed alterna momenti decisamente rilassati e suggestivi ad altri estremamente potenti e vigorosi. Molto bravi, con canzoni molto belle.
Second long-lasting record for the Welsh band, formed by the will of singer Tom Weaver and guitarist Liam Torrance who, having escaped from their respective old bands (Continents and Hot Damn), put together Well Wisher, who started working in study after recruiting the other three members, and a brief hiatus during which Tom was vying to enter Northlane. Changed the name in Casey for a couple of reasons, they started to produce material, and to perform live. Their sound is at the same time reminiscent of hardcore punk as well as shoegaze, thus creating a genre that today is quite used in the underground and not only, but facing it with a certain personality. The album is therefore emotional and exciting as the themes dealt with by the lyrics, and alternates decidedly relaxed and suggestive moments with other extremely powerful and vigorous ones. Very good, with a very beautiful songs.
