Quella che sembra una saga, ma invece è una storia vera, prosegue. Una storia che, forse ingiustamente, tiene in prigione dal 2005 Steven Avery, di certo non uno stinco di santo, ma una persona che si era già fatta 18 anni di carcere per uno stupro che non aveva commesso. La storia prosegue tra ricorsi, cambi di avvocati e linee difensive.
Indubbiamente, la bravura delle due registe, sta nel rendere estremamente appetibile e perfino avvincente, una storia triste, spietata, che ha come protagonisti due persone dal QI estremamente basso, provenienti da una famiglia del sottoproletariato della profonda provincia americana (potremmo senz'altro definirli white trash), e soprattutto, una storia che si snoda sempre di più tra tecnicismi legali. E' una serie che richiede attenzione allo spettatore, ma che indubbiamente, risulta intrigante. E, visto che i due protagonisti sono tutt'ora in carcere, probabilmente avremo anche una terza stagione.
