Permettetemi una recensione di quelle facili, oggi. Dunque, in attesa dell'uscita del sedicesimo disco in studio per la band di Dave Mustaine, giusto per guadagnare tempo e qualche spicciolo, i Megadeth, il 22 marzo 2019, hanno fatto uscire il loro settimo greatest hits, un CD addirittura triplo, che prova a mettere insieme le loro migliori tracce, re-masterizzate. Ora, il lavoro di re-masterizzazione è discutibile, in alcuni casi risulta efficace, in altri lascia un po' interdetti; inoltre naturalmente i fan di vecchia data avranno da ridire sulla scaletta, su quello o quell'altro pezzo dimenticato. Non è importante, l'importante è che, sia uno che non li conosce per niente, ma pure uno che come me, li conosce abbastanza e fin dalla loro fondazione, ascoltando questo triplo, può capire la loro indubbia grandezza, nell'ambito metal. Indiscutibile.
