Endling - Kvelertak (2023)
Il quinto album della band norvegese di Stavanger, cementa il fatto che i Kvelertak sono una delle poche band che riescono agilmente a combinare un caleidoscopio di influenze, tutte o quasi nell'ambito rock, e nonostante tutto questo, riescono sempre ad impressionare positivamente. Detto ciò, a mio modestissimo parere l'effetto sorpresa è ovviamente passato, e seppur continui ad apprezzarli molto, appunto, questo nuovo Endling non rimarrà nella mia memoria come uno degli album migliori di questo 2023.
The fifth album of the Norwegian band from Stavanger, cements the fact that Kvelertak are one of the few bands that easily manage to combine a kaleidoscope of influences, all or almost all in the rock field, and despite all this, they always manage to make a positive impression. Having said that, in my very humble opinion the surprise effect has obviously passed, and although I continue to appreciate them very much, this new Endling will not remain in my memory as one of the best albums of 2023.
