Esperienza breve per l'undicesima edizione dell'X Factor inglese, con il trio Arize subito eliminato, poco dopo pubblica un EP su SoundCloud, e viene scoperta su Instagram dal produttore statunitense DJ Mustard, che le pianifica i passi iniziali, fino all'album di debutto. Descritto come throwback R&B, il disco in effetti suona come un qualcosa tra le Destiny's Child o le TLC, e l'attuale R&B. La voce è buona, ma non fa gridare al miracolo, forse c'è un'inflazione di voci femminili, soprattutto nel campo R&B, e pure le tracce, nonostante produttori quotati e partecipazioni di un certo livello (Chris Brown, John Legend, H.E.R.), non spiccano particolarmente.
