Heaven to a Tortured Mind - Yves Tumor (2020)
Abbiamo già parlato di loro in precedenza, in occasione di Safe in the Hands of Love (2018, terzo album) e di The Asymptotical World (2021, nuovo EP), e ribadisco che ascoltare Yves Tumor è una sfida per chi non ha paura di confrontarsi con la sperimentazione musicale. La loro musica è un collage di moltissimi generi, impegnativo per l'ascoltatore ma mai sgradevole. Il songwriting ha raggiunto, a mio giudizio, vette più alte in altri casi, ma definitivamente Yves Tumor vale la pena dell'ascolto.
We have already talked about them previously, on the occasion of Safe in the Hands of Love (2018, third album) and The Asymptotical World (2021, new EP), and I repeat that listening to Yves Tumor is a challenge for those who are not afraid of deal with musical experimentation. Their music is a collage of many genres, challenging for the listener but never unpleasant. Songwriting has, in my opinion, reached higher peaks in other cases, but Yves Tumor is definitely worth listening to.
