La band di Fort Lauderdale, Florida, è sponsorizzata dai Converge (escono per la Deatwish, l'etichetta co-gestita da Jacob Bannon insieme a Tre McCarthy), il disco è prodotto da Jack Shirley (Deafheaven) e Jeremy Bolm (il cantante dei Touché Amoré). La cantante e leader Christina Michelle canta (urla) come se non ci fosse un domani, generalmente del male di vivere, e il disco suona prepotente, hardcore ma anche molto noise rock: Fugazi, Jesus Lizard, ma pure Sonic Youth e Pixies. Se avete seguito un certo tipo di "scena", probabilmente questo disco vi farà sentire anche un po' di nostalgia; sicuramente, ci ricorda che non importa la doppia cassa, per fare musica violenta.
