Probabilmente la rock band più divertente del pianeta, nata chissà come a Fagersta in Svezia, cittadina di poco più di 10mila abitanti al censimento del 2010 che dette i natali a Johan August Brinell (chi non si ricorda dell'omonima prova per stabilire la durezza dei materiali), torna a noi con il sesto album in trenta anni di attività, a distanza di 11 anni dal precedente Lex Hives. Non crediate che siano stati inattivi, al contrario: a parte la pandemia, sempre in tour a spaccare. Questo album, 12 tracce per poco più di mezz'ora, dedicato ad un personaggio immaginario da sempre loro riferimento, ci ricorda che per fare musica eccitante non sono necessarie troppe complicazioni. Brillanti come sempre, alcune tracce rimarranno nella memoria degli ascoltatori come lo hanno fatto molti dei loro singoli del passato.

Probably the funniest rock band on the planet, born who knows how in Fagersta in Sweden, a town of just over 10,000 inhabitants according to the 2010 census, which gave birth to Johan August Brinell (who doesn't remember the homonymous test to establish the hardness of materials), returns to us with the sixth album in thirty years of activity, 11 years after the previous Lex Hives. Don't think they've been inactive, on the contrary: apart from the pandemic, they're always on tour to rock. This album, 12 tracks for just over half an hour, dedicated to an imaginary character who has always been their reference, reminds us that to make exciting music you don't need too many complications. Brilliant as ever, some tracks will remain in the memory of listeners as many of their past singles have done.
