Concordo (mi accade sovente) con Angry Metal Guy: il sesto album del trio newyorkese è ancora una volta, un disco che senza dubbio, mette alla prova gli ascoltatori, ma che, altrettanto senza dubbio, sposta i confini, mescola le carte, e non passa inosservato. Partecipazioni tra l'eccellente e la nicchia (Tomas Haake dei Meshuggah, Yoshiko Ohara dei Bloody Panda, sua maestà Dave Lombardo), citazioni musicali di livello, per un disco che oscilla tra il parossismo death metal e la follia free jazz, ma che paradossalmente, è leggermente più fruibile dei precedenti.
I agree (it often happens to me) with Angry Metal Guy: the sixth album of the New York trio is once again, a record that undoubtedly puts listeners to the test, but that, equally undoubtedly, moves the boundaries, mixes the cards, and does not go unnoticed. Participations between the excellent and the niche (Tomas Haake of Meshuggah, Yoshiko Ohara of Bloody Panda, his majesty Dave Lombardo), high-level musical quotations, for a record that oscillates between death metal paroxysm and free jazz madness, but that paradoxically, is slightly more enjoyable than the previous ones.
