Quinto disco per il quintetto svedese di Goteborg (fucina di svariate band), del quale vi avevo già parlato in occasione del loro secondo lavoro Second Assault del 2012. Così come da copertina, mettersi all'ascolto di About Time è un po' come entrare in una macchina del tempo, e tornare agli anni '70: Wishbone Ash, Thin Lizzy, Grand Funk, Blue Oyster Cult e via discorrendo. Cavalcate e rallentamenti, tastiere a profusione, begli intrecci chitarristici, belle melodie e qualche canzone molto azzeccata. Nostalgia del grande rock.
Fifth album for the Gothenburg (Sweden) quintet (breeding ground for various bands), of which I had spoken already on the occasion of their second album "Second Assault", of 2012. As from the cover, listen to this "About Time" is a little how to enter into a time machine, and go back to the '70s: Wishbone Ash, Thin Lizzy, Grand Funk, Blue Oyster Cult, and so on. Long rides and slowdowns, profusion of keyboards, beautiful guitar weaves, good melodies and some very good songs. Great Rock Nostalgia.
