Undicesimo album per una band che è ormai una istituzione, formata dalle superstiti Brownstein e Tucker più varie collaboratrici dal vivo. Suona retrò, ma arriva sempre: dieci tracce brevi, concise, sorrette da liriche dense e importanti, socialmente importanti e poeticamente rilevanti, e che anche stavolta sono piccole lezioni di composizione punk rock. La chiusura di Untidy Creature è superba. Niente altro da aggiungere.
Eleventh album for a band that is now an institution, made up of the survivors Brownstein and Tucker plus various live collaborators. It sounds retro, but it always arrives: ten short, concise tracks, supported by dense and important lyrics, socially important and poetically relevant, and which once again are small lessons in punk rock composition. The closing of Untidy Creature is superb. Nothing else to add.
