Tredicesimo lavoro per la band di Orange County, California, formatasi nel lontano 1985, della quale abbiamo parlato altre volte, band seminale nello sviluppo del sottogenere chiamato stoner rock. Una band verso la quale nutro il massimo rispetto, che non si è mai distaccata troppo dalle origini, ma che continua a far uscire dischi piacevoli, coerenti, compatti, aggiornando i suoni e migliorandoli. Non sono ormai più il massimo dell'originalità, e, soprattutto "grazie" alla voce di Scott Hill, anche un po' monocordi, ma ogni tanto fa piacere risentirli.
Thirteenth work for the band from Orange County, California, formed way back in 1985, which we have talked about before, a seminal band in the development of the subgenre called stoner rock. A band for which I have the utmost respect, which has never distanced itself too much from its origins, but which continues to release pleasant, coherent, compact records, updating the sounds and improving them. They are no longer the height of originality, and, above all "thanks" to Scott Hill's voice, even a little monotonous, but every now and then it's nice to hear them again.
