The sixth album by Natasha Khan aka Bat for Lashes arises from the artist's motherhood during the pandemic, and the reflection on the world in which her (and her partner's) daughter will have to grow up. A decidedly non-pop, not simple album, which takes her into a new phase of her career. Ethereal, refined, rarefied, full of great musical arias, rather than songs. Give yourself a break, and give this album a listen. It will take you to a place of peace and hope.
