Quinto album per la band con membri provenienti da Ocean City, Maryland e dalla Pennsylvania Centrale, album che mantiene il loro stile: dodici tracce per circa 21 minuti di durata complessiva. Vengono catalogati come grindcore, powerviolence, sludge e death metal, come pure noise: in effetti, tutti gli elementi citati sono presenti. Siamo di fronte a musica senza compromessi, una sorta di hardcore di derivazione crust punk che usa vocalità estreme, dallo scream al growl, velocità supersonica, durate brevissime delle tracce, con chitarre metal (death e sludge, appunto) ben presenti; il tutto, spesso, sfocia in un marasma noise quasi alienante. Diciamo che questo, come altri dei Full of Hell, è un disco che gioca tutto all'attacco.

They are cataloged as grindcore, powerviolence, sludge and death metal, as well as noise: in fact, all the elements mentioned are present. We are faced with uncompromising music, a sort of hardcore of crust punk derivation that uses extreme vocals, from scream to growl, supersonic speed, very short lengths of the tracks, with metal guitars (death and sludge, in fact) well present; all this often leads to an almost alienating noise chaos. Let's say that this, like others of Full of Hell, is a record that plays everything on the attack.
