Quindicesimo album per la band di New York (New York). Difficile dire qualcosa di più di quanto detto in passato, ma la mia impressione è stata che questo album suoni ancora meglio dei precedenti. Il concetto è sempre lo stesso, un black metal sperimentale, progressivo, ultra-tecnico ed estremamente complesso, che si avvale, forse stavolta ancor di più, di tappeti di tastiere che conferiscono al tutto un velo horror. Le composizioni sono come detto, complesse, fortemente strutturate, e il disco richiede un ascolto impegnato.
Fifteenth album for the band from New York, New York. It's hard to say more than what was said in the past, but my impression was that this album sounds even better than the previous ones. The concept is always the same, an experimental, progressive, ultra-technical and extremely complex black metal, which uses, perhaps this time even more, keyboard carpets that give the whole thing a horror veil. The compositions are as said, complex, strongly structured, and the album requires a committed listen.
