Basato su un libro autobiografico di Jérôme Clément, presidente del canale televisivo Arte e figura di spicco della cultura francese, racconta appunto la storia di uno scrittore francese che ripercorre la storia di sua madre ebrea e della sua famiglia durante la seconda guerra mondiale, film intenso che forse avrebbe reso meglio in teatro. Grande cast.
Based on an autobiographical book by Jérôme Clément, president of the television channel Arte and a leading figure in French culture, it tells the story of a French writer who traces the story of his Jewish mother and his family during the Second World War, intense film which perhaps would have done better in the theater. Great cast.
