La band portoghese, al quinto album, continua in modo regolare a far uscire un album ogni due anni, e soprattutto, nella propria progressione musicale. Le tracce di blackgaze sono praticamente sparite, e nonostante quello che potevo pensare inizialmente, considerandola un elemento fondamentale del loro stile, anche questo album è decisamente bello. Melodie potenti ma ariose, e una maestosa capacità compositiva. Un altro grande disco, a mio parere.
The Portuguese band, now on their fifth album, continues to consistently release an album every two years, and more importantly, in their musical progression. The traces of blackgaze have practically disappeared, and despite what I might have initially thought, considering it a fundamental element of their style, this album is also decidedly beautiful. Powerful yet airy melodies, and a majestic songwriting ability. Another great album, in my opinion.
