Angel or Alien - Born of Osiris (2021)
Sesto album per la band di Palatine, Illinois, della quale abbiamo già parlato in occasione del precedente The Simulation. Siamo ancora dalle parti di un metalcore progressivo, melodico e djent nelle ritmiche, molto tecnico e ben suonato. Dalle dichiarazioni della band, sempre quest'anno dovrebbero riuscire a farne uscire un altro: evidentemente il lockdown è stato particolarmente prolifico anche per loro. Ancora una volta, niente di particolarmente nuovo, seppure la band abbia creato questo particolare suono, ma molto ben fatto.
Sixth album for the band from Palatine, Illinois, of which we have already spoken on the occasion of the previous The Simulation. We are still in the zone of a progressive metalcore, melodic and djent in the rhythms, very technical and well played. From the statements of the band, again this year they should be able to get another one out: evidently the lockdown was particularly prolific for them too. Again, nothing particularly new, although the band created this particular sound, but very well done.
