Nothing is for You - Tigerwine (2020)
Il secondo disco per la band proveniente dal Colorado è un album che mette insieme diversi sottogeneri rock e punk: c'è un'attitudine shoegaze, un retrogusto grunge, nostalgia nu metal, un occhio attento al metal progressivo vagamente alla Tool (ma se volete anche un po', per fare nomi un po' meno affermati, Leprous). Ottima tecnica, e una voce bella, versatile, spesso al limite dello screamo ma che si adatta ai vari passaggi. Ottimo disco davvero, band da seguire.
The sophomore album for the band from Colorado is an album that brings together different subgenres of rock and punk: there is a shoegaze attitude, a grunge aftertaste, nu metal nostalgia, a keen eye for progressive metal vaguely akin to Tool (but if you want to name a little less well-known, Leprous). Excellent technique, and a beautiful, versatile voice, often bordering on screamo but which adapts to the various passages. Really great record, band to follow.
