Extended Pain - Thrown (2022)
Concludiamo questa settimana nella quale abbiamo parlato di due novità, e poi abbiamo fatto qualche passo indietro fino all'anno passato. Stavolta parliamo dei Thrown (questi invece me li ha suggeriti direttamente Spotify), che vengono da Stoccolma, Svezia, sono in quattro, e dopo una manciata di singoli, escono con questo EP composto da cinque tracce. Siamo dalle parti di un metalcore che sconfina nell'hardcore più rallentato, quasi sludge. Riff graffianti, sezione ritmica senza paura e incessante, voce aggressiva. Auguriamo loro di arrivare presto all'album di debutto.
We conclude this week in which we talked about two new albums, and then we took a few steps back to last year. This time we're talking about Thrown (Spotify suggested them to me instead), who come from Stockholm, Sweden, are four, and after a handful of singles, they come out with this EP consisting of five tracks. We are close to a metalcore that borders on slower, almost sludge-like hardcore. Biting riffs, fearless and relentless rhythm section, aggressive vocals. We wish them to get to the debut album soon.
