To Bathe From The Throat Of Cowardice - Vitriol (2019)
Band di Portland, Oregon, che dopo essere stati attivi dal 2005 al 2013 come Those Who Lie Beneath (1 album e 1 EP), ha cambiato nome in Vitriol, due componenti, ha fatto uscire nuovamente l'EP Antichrist (2013, già fuori nel 2012 con il nome e la formazione precedente), un altro EP nel 2017, Pain Will Define Their Death, verso la fine del 2019 ha fatto uscire questo album. Un death metal che non fa prigionieri, tra growl (molto) e pig squeals (pochi), blast beat infernale, strutture complesse e un assalto brutale, investe l'ascoltatore come un rullo compressore. Ogni tanto, ci vuole un disco così.

A death metal that takes no prisoners, between growl (a lot) and pig squeals (a few), hellish blast beats, complex structures and a brutal assault, hits the listener like a steam roller. Every so often, it takes a record like this.
