Arrivano da Woking, UK, e questo è il loro quarto album. Si sono formati nel 2012. Partono come progetto grindcore con la cantante Justine Jones ed il chitarrista/cantante Sammy Urwin, ma diventano una band, e vincerei una scommessa facile facile se dicessi che debbono moltissimo ai Converge. Il disco è molto convincente, potente, mette insieme equamente influenze post hardcore e metal, la voce di Justine è sofferente ed estenuante come si conviene in questi casi, e gli scambi con quella di Sammy colgono sempre nel segno. Il resto è un rullo compressore che usa la velocità quando necessaria, e sopperisce in potenza per il resto, con un frullatore di riff di quelli buoni. Anche loro, speriamo di vederli all'opera questo inverno prima dei Gojira.

They come from Woking, UK, and this is their fourth album. They formed in 2012. They started as a grindcore project with singer Justine Jones and guitarist / singer Sammy Urwin, but they become a band, and I'd win an easy easy bet if I said they owe a lot to Converge. The album is very convincing, powerful, it brings together post hardcore and metal influences equally, Justine's voice is suffering and exhausting as is appropriate in these cases, and the exchanges with Sammy's always hit the mark. The rest is a steamroller that uses speed when needed, and makes up for the rest in power, with a good riff blender. They too, we hope to see them live this winter before Gojira.
