David Joseph Michael Hynes, ne parlammo qui in occasione del terzo album a nome Blood Orange, è un musicista eccezionale, compositore per una lista lunghissima di altri artisti, poliedrico e di grande sensibilità. Questo è il quinto lavoro sotto, appunto, il monicker Blood Orange, ed è un bellissimo album, che definire solo RNB sarebbe molto, molto restrittivo e limitante. Ospitate di grandissimo livello, un disco soffice come il pan di spagna, e un livello compositivo altissimo. Se avete voglia di qualcosa di diverso dal metal (il nostro credo, del resto), beh, qua andate sul sicuro.
David Joseph Michael Hynes, whom we discussed here on the occasion of his third album under the Blood Orange name, is an exceptional musician, a composer for a long list of other artists, versatile and highly sensitive. This is the fifth album under the Blood Orange moniker, and it's a beautiful album, and to call it purely R&B would be very, very restrictive and limiting. The guests are top-notch, the album is as soft as sponge cake, and the songwriting is exceptionally high. If you're looking for something other than metal (which is our belief, after all), well, you're in for a treat.
