Venti - Giorgio Canali & Rossofuoco (2020)

Ottavo disco per Canali con i Rossofuoco, Venti è al tempo stesso, un disco anacronistico, come buona parte della sua produzione, ma molto ben suonato e stavolta mi pare anche abbastanza ben prodotto, e l'ennesimo grido disperato ma ancora ribelle di un personaggio che ci ricorda chiaramente che ci hanno rubato il futuro. I suoi testi, punto di forza indubbio, fanno sorridere amaramente e riflettere con eguale amarezza, le musiche accontentano gli appassionati hard rock, come se l'hard rock fosse fatto di standard, come il jazz. Non si può non volergli bene, a Giorgio Canali, e lo dico seriamente.

Eighth record for Canali with Rossofuoco, Venti is at the same time an anachronistic record, like a good part of his production, but very well played and this time it seems to me also quite well produced, and yet another desperate but still rebellious cry of a character which clearly reminds us that our future has been stolen. His lyrics, an undoubted point of strength, make you smile bitterly and reflect with equal bitterness, the music satisfies hard rock fans, as if hard rock were made of standards, like jazz. You can't help but love him, Giorgio Canali, and I mean it seriously.
