Album di debutto per la giovane band proveniente dalla Pennsylvania, salita agli onori del gossip metal soprattutto per annoverare tra le sue fila Max Portnoy alla batteria, figlio del più celebre Mike (Dream Theater, Avenged Sevenfold). Il disco, ben suonato e discretamente prodotto, suona come un album totalmente inedito dei Korn dei primi anni 2000, tirato fuori dagli archivi all'improvviso. L'unico appunto che possiamo fare, al cantante Justin Bonitz, è che ogni tanto esagera con il falsetto urlato e rischia di sbavare, ma bisogna riconoscergli una buona padronanza del flow simil hip hop, sulle parti di quel tipo. Il problema è generale: è un disco fuori dal tempo.
Debut album for the young band from Pennsylvania, which rose to the honors of metal gossip especially to include Max Portnoy on drums, son of the more famous Mike (Dream Theater, Avenged Sevenfold). The album, well played and well produced, sounds like a totally unreleased Korn album from the early 2000s, suddenly pulled out of the archives. The only thing we can remark to the singer Justin Bonitz is that every now and then he exaggerates with the screamed falsetto and risks drooling, but we must recognize a good command of the hip hop-like flow, on the parts of that type. The problem is general: it's an out-of-time album.
