Secondo album per la band formata per volere di Jesse Barnett degli Stick to Your Guns e Tom Williams degli Strayfrom the Path, due band stilisticamente molto diverse dall'approccio dei Trade Wind, che vengono catalogati come post-hardcore soprattutto per la provenienza dei musicisti (e, appunto, per i generi suonati dalle band dalle quali provengono). In realtà qua siamo di fronte ad un post rock estremamente ben fatto, molto robusto ma al tempo stesso molto delicato, se mi passate il termine, e perfino elegante. Belle canzoni, dove elementi di hard rock / metal si fondono con lo shoegaze e con l'indie alt rock, per regalare momenti davvero intensi. L'alternanza e l'intreccio di influenze e stili producono un miscuglio spesso interessante.

Second album for the band formed at the behest of Jesse Barnett of Stick to Your Guns and Tom Williams of Stray from the Path, two bands stylistically very different from the Trade Wind approach, which are cataloged as post-hardcore especially for the origin of the musicians (and, in fact, for the genres played by the bands they come from). In reality here we are dealing with an extremely well done post rock, very robust but at the same time very delicate, if you pass the term, and even elegant. Beautiful songs, where elements of hard rock/metal blend with shoegaze and indie alt rock, to give really intense moments. The alternation and interweaving of influences and styles produce an often interesting mixture.
