Durante la riabilitazione presso il Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Carrie viene intervistata dall'agente di controspionaggio Jim Turrow. Turrow informa Carrie che ha fallito un test del poligrafo e mette in dubbio se Carrie abbia rivelato informazioni durante i mesi di prigionia in Russia, dei quali non ha memoria.
Dite quello che volete: Homeland lascerà un grande vuoto nel panorama delle serie tv. Come detto più volte, la sfida dopo le prime stagioni era grande, ma (anche questo già detto più volte, ad ogni stagione) il gruppo di sceneggiatori a mio giudizio è riuscito a fare un grandissimo lavoro, reinventando la serie ogni volta. Un finale degno, e un grande applauso per tutti.

As I said several times, the challenge after the first few seasons was great, but (I also said this many times each season) the group of screenwriters in my opinion managed to do a great job, reinventing the series every time.
