Krüller - Author & Punisher (2022)
Faccio ammenda, e confesso apertamente di non aver mai ascoltato Author & Punisher, ovvero la one-man band dell'artista e ingegnere meccanico Tristan Shone, fino a questo Krüller, suo nono disco. Disco estremamente interessante, corrette le etichette che vengono usate (Industrial, doom, art, drone metal), atmosfera a tratti marziale, per un suono che va oltre quello dei Nine Inch Nails, carico di melodie "malate" e di droni metallici molto carichi. Ospiti Danny Carey e Justin Chancellor dei Tool.
I make amends, and openly confess that I have never listened to Author & Punisher, meaning the one-man band of the artist and mechanical engineer Tristan Shone, until this Krüller, his ninth album. Extremely interesting record, correct the labels that are used (Industrial, doom, art, drone metal), atmosphere at times martial, for a sound that goes beyond that of Nine Inch Nails, full of "sick" melodies and heavily loaded metal drones . Guests Danny Carey and Justin Chancellor of Tool.
