All the Darkness Looks Alive - Morokh (2021)
I Morokh sono una band russa, di Mosca, formatasi nel 2014, qui al loro terzo album. Ogni tanto, quando lo ritengo appropriato, mi piace usare l'aggettivo "deragliante": il sono della band russa è proprio così. Mescolano black metal, hardcore punk e sludge, un po' come i Kvelertak senza l'attitudine black metal, ed il disco risulta quindi un interessante crossover, ovviamente per palati abituati ad una certa durezza musicale.
Morokh are a Russian band, from Moscow, formed in 2014, here on their third album. Every now and then, when I deem it appropriate, I like to use the adjective "derailing": the are of the Russian band is just like that. They mix black metal, hardcore punk and sludge, a bit like Kvelertak without the black metal attitude, and the record is therefore an interesting crossover, obviously for palates accustomed to a certain musical hardness.
